The service

MatchChaser is an independent tool that helps USPSA shooters track classifier progress, matches, gear, and related data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USPSA or PractiScore. "USPSA" and "PractiScore" are trademarks of their respective owners.

Classification figures, projections, and high hit factors shown in MatchChaser are estimates for your own reference and are not official USPSA results. Always rely on USPSA's official records for your classification.

Eligibility & your account

• The service is intended for residents of the United States who are 13 or older.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. In particular, don't: break the law; attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access; upload another person's private information; or harass others in community features (comments, gear, leaderboards). We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit (scores, notes, comments, gear entries). You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service, including in community features per your privacy settings.

Paid memberships & billing

MatchChaser's core features are free. We also offer an optional paid membership that unlocks premium features (such as automatic USPSA classifier sync and one-click PractiScore match import). Membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that automatically renews at the then-current price until you cancel.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details.
• You can cancel anytime from your membership settings. Your member features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
• We may change membership pricing or which features are included with reasonable notice. The features that are free today remain free.
• Premium features that rely on outside sites (USPSA, PractiScore) depend on those sites' availability and page format and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable; this alone is not grounds for a refund.

Donations

Donations (via PayPal or card) are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable. They don't purchase or unlock any features and are separate from membership.

Advertising

The service may display advertisements. Advertised products and services are the responsibility of their advertisers, not MatchChaser.

No warranty

MatchChaser is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calculations are accurate, that the service is error-free, or that it will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchChaser and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on information in the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it and delete your account.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date above and may announce significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
